2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Industrial and commercial laser cleaning services

  • Sales of laser cleaning, welding, cutting and 4-in-1 laser systems

  • Training, demonstrations and equipment support

All services and products are supplied subject to availability.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change due to supplier costs, shipping changes or manufacturing variations.

  • VAT is charged where applicable (Isle of Man/UK rules).

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders for laser machines require a deposit or full payment, as stated on your invoice.

  • Production cannot begin until cleared funds are received.

  • Machines will not be released or shipped until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times depend on manufacturing, customs and freight schedules.

  • Estimated timings will be provided but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs or unforeseen events.

  • Risk passes to the customer once goods are handed to the shipping provider.

6. Warranty

All machines come with a manufacturer warranty, typically:

  • 2 years on the laser source

  • 1 year on the machine body & components

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Damage caused by incorrect operation

  • Wear-and-tear parts

Full warranty terms are available upon request.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Laser machines are built to order:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the manufacturer cannot supply the product.

Service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from misuse of laser equipment

  • Damage caused by untrained operators

  • Indirect, consequential or business interruption losses

  • Delays outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by Isle of Man or UK law.

9. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Manx Laser Restorations Ltd. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

  • Use our logo, trademarks or images without written approval

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
